Our policy lasts 30 days from the date the item is shipped. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not refund any purchases unless the item has manufacturing faults. However we do exchange sizes. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags and labels.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale/clearance items cannot be exchanged.

To return your product, you should arrange it before hand by calling or emailing us and then mailing your product to: 253 Pitt Street Sydney New South Wales AUSTRALIA 2000. Please include a note with your shipping and contact details and include a prepaid satchel in your parcel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
